• single entry, strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Can be used by the registered holder.

• must present original NRIC/MyKid/passport to be submitted for verification purpose during entry

• access to Bertam souk & waterpark is limited from 10am to 5pm daily. Closed on Friday except Malaysia school and public holiday. 

• free admission applies to children below 4 years old. 

• lost card (s) will be charge a fee RM100 per card. 

• once purchase, kindly approach our ticketing counter at waterpark for registration and redemption purpose for member card. 

• Bertam souk & waterpark reserve the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated term & conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
